英格兰议会（Parliament of England）是英格兰王国的立法机关。英格兰议会的历史可以追溯至1066年，最初是威廉一世成立的一个理事会。1215年大宪章颁布之后逐渐发展为一个两院制议会。英格兰以后之后逐渐限制君主的权利包括绕过议会征税，其和英国国王的斗争也直接成为英国内战和光荣革命的导火索。1707年英格兰和苏格兰合并之后，英格兰议会和苏格兰议会共同组成了大不列颠议会。
