俾路支斯坦(俾路支语:بلوچستان;/bəˈlɒtʃɪstɑːn/[4],或作俾路支地区,是俾路支人对其世居的土地的称呼,是南亚-西亚一个荒漠气候及地势崎岖的多山地区。地处西南亚和南亚的伊朗高原,因居于此地的伊朗人种一支“俾路支人”而得名。俾路支地区包括巴基斯坦俾路支省、伊朗俾路支地区(锡斯坦-俾路支斯坦省)和阿富汗南部的俾路支地区(包括尼姆鲁兹省、赫尔曼德省及坎大哈省)[5][6]。该地区以北是阿富汗的普什图尼斯坦、东方是信德省及旁遮普地区、西方是伊朗的波斯地区。南部为荒漠莫克兰,面向阿拉伯海及阿曼湾。在巴基斯坦境内部分夏季炎热,土地贫瘠,人烟稀少的地区。
管治及政治纷争
俾路支斯坦在国家行政上为三个国家所分治:巴基斯坦、阿富汗及伊朗。当中无论按面积或人口计算,最大的部分是巴基斯坦的俾路支省,亦是该国最大的省份。在整个巴基斯坦,俾路支人占约690万人口。在伊朗,俾路支人有约200万人口[7],而该国东部锡斯坦和俾路支斯坦省的人口绝大多数都是俾路支人。在阿富汗的俾路支斯坦地区包括有尼姆鲁兹省的Chahar Burjak区、赫尔曼德省南部的Registan沙漠及坎大哈省。尼姆鲁兹省的省长一向都由俾路支人出任。
在巴基斯坦,寻求独立的国族主义者曾于1948年、1958–59年、1962–63年及1973–1977年期间发动冲突,最新一轮在2003年发生[8]。历史上,这些冲突的起因包括有:“部落分隔”、“俾路支人及普什图人被旁遮普人的利益所边缘化”及“经济上的压抑”等[9]。
而在伊朗,分离冲突并未有如在巴基斯坦那样得到普遍支持[10],但自2012年起得到愈来愈多关注[7],特别是以逊尼派为主的俾路支人对以什叶派为主导的伊朗政府的反抗[7]。
音乐
俾路支斯坦音乐的主要乐器是一种名为sorud的提琴、叫doneli的双笛(又或有时以Alghoza替代)、名为benju的齐特琴、tanbur及dholak。
